As town managers, we're all in the same boat—dealing with common challenges like the perpetual lack of time and resources. You know how it goes: those conferences we manage to squeeze into our schedules are often a letdown, lacking collaboration and real solutions. We leave with just a handful of takeaways, if any.

Thus, an idea was born: let's put together a summit. A chance for us to sit down with like minded peers who get what we're going through. The goal? Leave the conference with a better understanding of the issues we’re facing and the start of a plan for how to address them.

The hope, if this collaboration is successful, is for this summit to become an annual event. A chance to dive into fresh challenges, look back on what worked, and see some real improvements in our towns every year. Let's make this summit the go-to event that keeps our communities thriving.

Explanation of Registration Fees

This year's conference registration fee is $100 for all participants.

What does the registration fee go to? 100% of the registration goes to running the conference including venue, food, drinks, and supplies. 

What happened to the Founding Participant rate?
Due to rising venue costs, we’ve moved to a single flat rate for all attendees this year. We’re grateful for the ongoing support of our community and are actively working to grow partnerships to keep prices as low as possible in the future.

If I can't attend, can I get a refund?
If you can’t attend, just let us know by March 25, 2026, and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund. After that date, we’re unable to issue refunds since event expenses will already have been incurred. Thank you for your understanding!
